"Together for even more power" is the motto of the upcoming combination of gwk and Reisner in line with the group motto "power to transform".

Thanks to nearly 100 years of combined experience in the field of thermal management solutions, the two companies form an effective organisational unit with a strong focus on the plastics, rubber and metal industry.

Nico Küls, managing director of gwk, explains the advantages of the merger: "technotrans solutions will be able to fulfil the highly dynamic requirements of its customers and of the market in general in an even more targeted manner. This also applies to major international projects."

The two company sites Meinerzhagen and Holzwickede will remain operational after the merger, as they provide ample room for dynamic growth. "Each of these sites has very specific competencies and their combination opens up completely new opportunities for our customers," says Küls.
